Know What Costs. Understand What You Get.
RDM Consulting works on one page of your site, the one that matters most to your business, and on the single question of whether the people arriving on it get in touch with you. There is more than one way to do that work. Both arrangements are described below.
If you want the case for any of this, the Home page answers what it is and why it matters. This page is about what each arrangement gives you and what it costs. Both prices sit below, after both arrangements have been described.
The Measured Program
Every month the page is read again from the beginning and scored against twelve rules covering what a page has to do before a visitor will act. Whether he can tell in a few seconds that he is in the right place. Whether he can see what happens next and take that step without effort. Whether he has been given a reason to trust you before he is asked to commit. And whether the page works properly on the phone he is almost certainly holding. Where the page falls short on any of that, the review says so and says where.
The wording gets a second read of its own, and it is a different question from whether the page is built correctly. A page can be laid out well and still push people away with how it says things. Copy that pushes too hard makes a reader resist. A claim with nothing behind it gets discounted the moment he reads it. A reason given for something is believed far more often than the same thing stated flat. This read looks at your page through what is known about how people react to being told and being asked, and it turns up things the first read has no way to see.

This is the fuller of the two. It is an ongoing engagement on one page you choose, running month after month rather than as a single piece of work.
Before any of it reaches you, the findings are attacked. The strongest case that a finding is wrong gets made against it deliberately, and the ones that do not survive are dropped. You never see them. What that buys you is that the three changes arriving on your desk have already been through someone trying to knock them down.
The ad pointing at your page is checked against the page itself, so what the ad promises is what a visitor actually finds when he lands. That seam is where a lot of paid traffic quietly goes to waste, and it usually belongs to nobody.
Tracking goes on the page. It is Google Analytics conversion tracking and scroll depth, installed once by your own web person. It counts the actions that matter, meaning a form submitted, a booking started, a number tapped, and it shows how far down the page people are getting before they stop. Nothing records an individual visitor and nothing watches anyone. It reports what people did, in totals.
Every month you get a report showing where the page stands against where it started, what changed that month, and what moved. If nothing moved, it says that in the same detail.

Three changes ship each month, and every one of them stays on the page, so the first three are still working when the next three go in and the page you are working on is better every month than it was the month before. They come out of everything above, they are argued over before they are chosen, and they are the three most worth making. That is the difference between this arrangement and the lighter one below, and it is what the price rests on.

Three things are required of you. The tracking installed on your page, which is a one time job. A year, because that is how long an honest read of a page takes. And someone on your side who will make three changes every month for that year, because the page improves when the changes go in and it does not when they do not.
This fits an owner who can get that tracking onto his page, who has someone able to make three changes a month without it turning into a project, and who is prepared to give the work a year before judging it. It fits someone who wants to know what visitors are doing on the page, not only whether the page got better.
A business already bringing substantial traffic of its own can be handled differently. That is a conversation rather than a listed arrangement.
The Page Review
This is the simpler of the two. It is sold one round at a time, and a round is a complete piece of work on its own.
Your page is read and scored against the same twelve rules described above. Some of what those rules cover is whether he can tell in a few seconds that he is in the right place. Whether he can see what happens next and take that step without effort. Whether he has been given a reason to trust you. And whether the page works properly on a phone.
That is the full review, not a shortened version of it.
What comes back is the written report. It names what is hurting you on the page, scores it, and sets out what to do about each finding in language your own web person can act on. Three changes come out of it, the three most worth making.
The page score is what you watch move from one round to the next. Traffic to that page is included, and the email carrying your report tells you how many people clicked through to you.
Every change stays on the page, so the changes from the first round are still working when the next round's changes go in. Each round starts from a better page than the one before it.

Very little is required of you. You choose the page, and when the report arrives, someone makes the three changes. There is nothing to install and no term.
There are two, and neither is better than the other. If your people can make the changes inside about a week, a monthly rhythm works well and the rounds run back to back. If you would rather buy one round, make the changes at your own pace, and say when you are ready for the next one, nothing runs and nothing bills until you do.
This fits an owner who wants to know what is wrong with his page and wants it in writing he can hand to someone. It fits someone who would rather set the pace himself than hold to a schedule, and someone who is not in a position to put tracking on his page, or would rather not.

The Monthly Fee
The Measured Program is $2,500 a month, on a twelve month term.
The Page Review is $800 a month.
In The Measured Program, twelve months is what a full and honest read of a page takes. It is the length of the work, not a length you are held to.
You can end either arrangement at any time, with no penalty of any kind, and every change already made stays on your page and keeps working whether the arrangement continues or not.
It All Starts With A Free Read
Before you decide on either of these, you can have the page looked at for nothing. You name the page you want read. What comes back is written down: what is hurting that page, how it scores, and which of it is worth dealing with first. It is not a quote and it is not a proposal.
If you would rather understand the method before you decide anything, How It Works sets it out in full. Where the traffic comes from, what a review actually looks at, what a month looks like, and what you can hold us to.
Rick personally reviews your site and emails the free audit results within 3 business days. No obligation, nothing to install, and nothing owed. If you want to walk through the audit's findings, that conversation is on Rick.
